“Guiding Light” oil on canvas

A Redwood forest is bursting with light as a stand of three entwined sister trees stand powerfully  in the center. The forest floor is dappled by subtle glimmers of sunshine and just in the distance is a sea of warm yellow and green. This painting was a meaningful piece to me, created to symbolize the beauty that is promised just past the horizon.
